In my latest obsession of making household items, I have made a bunch -- and I mean a bunch -- of scrubbies. I use Red Heart Scrubby yarn and the Easy As Pie dishcloth (pattern below) or any 'scrubbie' yarn. No need to spend a lot of money; these yarns are available at the craft box stores. The pattern is basic with short rows to make it round, but you can also make them in a square. They make great gifts and can be made in a couple of hours.
